- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped. You can then track the package by copy-pasting the tracking code to our tracking portal. Shipping time may be affected by Covid19 and some occasions. We provide 24/7 Support. Please contact us if you need assistance.
- We ship to P.O. Boxes using the Standard Delivery method ONLY. Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via U.S.P.S. and shipment tracking will not be available. Shipping to P.O. Boxes could delay the arrival of the order.
WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
We have multiple factories in Vietnam, China and United States. Please read the description of the product carefully to know the shipping time.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

CUSTOM DUTIES, TAX AND CHARGES
Custom Duties, Tax and charges are not included in our price. This is a shopper’s responsibility as each country has different Custom Duties and Laws of Taxation.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We provide tracking numbers for all orders. You can track your order in our tracking portal here
In the rare situation, it may take up to 7-10 business days after your order has shipped for your tracking information to become available online (it might take longer depending on how fast the postal services are processing shipments). Sometimes the tracking code is also unavailable if the package is travelling through sorting centers. Please be patient as you have our 50 day+ buyer protection program here
